HireCall is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for all shifts to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting.

The role covers first, second and weekend shift coverage with hands-on maintenance of motors, pumps, compressors, cranes, and welding equipment.

Formación

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of cranes, welding equipment and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 480V, 3 phase and 4 phase
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Fabricate parts and perform welding or machining as needed.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including plumbing and general repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician – All Shifts

HireCall is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience in an industrial environment.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must follow all required safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
