Job summary

Glen-Gery Corporation in Iberia, OH is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment, ensure quality, perform routine adjustments, and support a fast-paced brick plant.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, basic maintenance knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and rotate shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in the operation of industrial manufacturing machines.
• Knowledge of maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and rotate shifts.
• Previous machine operator experience in an industrial setting.
• College or technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
• Perform routine adjustments, inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
• Support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
