Description

The Machine Operator positions are responsible for operating the Wire Draw machines, Plating lines and/or our Overhead Cranes . Productively and producing material within specification. This person is also responsible for changeovers, troubleshooting, and general housekeeping.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet conditions, extreme heat, fumes and airborne particles, toxic and caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to move throughout the facility including on uneven terrain. Employee will operate equipment such as overhead cranes, and forklift as well as position self to inspect equipment and ascend/descend to view equipment. Duties also require continuously moving items up to 50lbs.
