Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, walls, and spaces, assisting with plant shutdowns, and reporting leaks or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, or humid environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Clean and wipe down machines, equipment, and tools according to cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Remove dust, oil, grease, ink, or product residues from machine surfaces.
• Assist with deep cleaning during plant shutdowns or preventive maintenance activities.
• Clean walls, windows, doors, and overhead structures as assigned.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials following company procedures.
• Assist with special projects such as event cleanup, reorganizing spaces, or emergency spill response.
• Identify and report potential issues such as leaks, damaged parts, or unsafe conditions to help prevent accidents or equipment failure.
