C&W Services is hiring an Industrial Lubrication Technician to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps and heavy rotating equipment at an industrial site. You will work in a safety-focused team, adhering to ICML best practices and company procedures.

The role requires experience in industrial maintenance and a willingness to obtain MLT Level 1 certification. Training, safety gear, and advancement opportunities are provided, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

  • Requires five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/lubrication.
  • High school diploma or GED; AA in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
  • IMCL MLT 1 certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment.
  • Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishment per ICML best practices.
  • Contribute to developing preventive maintenance standards and provide feedback on service quality.
