Requirements for the Industrial Loading Position

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately complete required documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities for the Industrial Loading Position

• Utilize tubs and carts to accurately load required quantities of clean products into designated receptacles
• Ensure products are loaded correctly while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Safely use hand trucks, forklifts, and manual carts to move loaded items
• Transport and position loaded items in assigned staging or distribution areas
• Maintain accurate counts and complete required documentation
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team members
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow throughout the loading process
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report product, equipment, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Participate in training for equipment, processes, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
