Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Michigan is seeking a Wash Aisle Operator to process soiled textiles through washing and drying stages, loading and unloading equipment, and monitoring cycles. You will log data in automated systems and support production flow in a team setting.

The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and wearing PPE in a production laundry environment. Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, vision plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate industrial washers, tumblers, extractors, lifts, hoists, and related laundry processing equipment.
• Monitor washing and drying cycles and input required data into automated washing systems.
• Maintain an efficient flow of textiles through the wash aisle and transport materials to the next stage of production.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process issues, or quality concerns to supervision.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
