Responsibilities

• Check machine safety devices before operating equipment and report any failures.
• Load washers/dryers and stage batches to maximize product utilization.
• Record batch ticket information on the machine form and in SOFTROL as required.
• Monitor moisture levels and product temperature; re-dry when needed.
• Identify slings with rips/tears and remove them from service.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow production practices.
• Work shift may include weekends and overtime as needed.
