Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is hiring a Production Staff member to support the industrial laundry production flow under supervision. This full-time position focuses on efficient, safe plant operations and adherence to established procedures on the production floor.

The starting pay is $18.65 per hour and varies with education, experience, and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off, with the usual expectations of standing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with plant equipment/machinery highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment.
• Process laundry in plant established lot order.
• Maintain production floor distribution.
• Shake, sort by route and sequence by route while laying out items prior to pressing.
• Classify and lay out items for pressing.
• Separate soil pick-up tickets.
• Check for needed repairs on items.
• Lift garments and/or linen onto line storage system.
• Trolley garments and/or linen for truck pick-up.
• Load trollies into trailers.
• Insure colleagues practice safety procedures at all times.
• Additional duties as assigned
