Job summary

Colonial Group in Wichita, KS seeks a warehouse associate to handle cleaning and light maintenance tasks in a production laundry setting. You will work as part of a team to ensure safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and out of the facility.

Responsibilities include trash removal, area cleaning, equipment sanitation, and adherence to a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed. High school diploma preferred; strong attention to safety is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand all required training, written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Empties trash cans in designated areas, cleans tunnel screens, and breaks down boxes.
• Cleans, sweeps, and mops in restrooms and designated areas.
• Wipes down fans, walls, lights, and equipment; changes floor mats as necessary.
• Cleans break area and loading dock surroundings; moves empty barrels as needed.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and follows production best practices.
• Follows a flexible schedule to meet Market Center demand.
