Job summary

Vestis is seeking an entry-level laundry technician to join our industrial facility in Nashville. You will assist with loading washers and dryers, verifying batch tickets, and ensuring products meet moisture and temperature standards during processing.

Work is conducted in a warehouse setting with potential weekends and overtime. High school diploma preferred; strong safety and teamwork mindset required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility.
• Check machine safety devices before operating equipment and report issues.
• Load washer/dryer correctly, verify batch tickets, and organize similar batches.
• Record weight and ticket information and monitor moisture levels of items.
• Ensure items are cooled, unload and store according to procedures.
• Identify damaged slings and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
