Job summary

Vestis Twin Falls location is seeking a team member to work in an industrial laundry facility, handling garments through the shipping process and ensuring quality standards. You will follow a defined sorting system, manage garment routing, and maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work with others, and reliable attendance. High school or equivalent is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to understand all required training and written/verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Good verbal and/or written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet attendance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with garment numbering system (GID) and shipping schedule board.
• Follow shipping schedule and route garments for sort areas.
• Move garments from supply rail to conveyors or hooks by route or order.
• Hang shirts by route and pants by batch before next batch.
• Identify and correct quality issues like ink stains, tears, or missing buttons.
• Monitor for wrinkles and rehang garments as needed to meet standards.
• Stop line on jams or when problems occur; observe safety practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist as needed.
