Job summary

Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for industrial construction and installation projects. This project-based, travel-intensive role requires flexibility and willingness to travel, with typical 10–12 hour workdays on active industrial sites.

The candidate should hold a Journeyman Electrician license, read blueprints, and have experience with conduit, wiring, panels, disconnects, and terminations. Strong communication and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Journeyman Electrician license.
• Willingness to travel for extended project assignments.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour days as required by project schedule.
• Industrial construction experience with conduit, wiring, panels, disconnects, and terminations.
• Ability to read blueprints and meet project schedules.
• Experience with power tools and construction equipment.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and OSHA codes.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems in an industrial construction setting, including bending and running conduit, pulling wire, setting panels and disconnects, and terminating.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work to meet project schedule.
• Travel to project sites and work 10–12 hour days.
• Coach, guide, and counsel other Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians.
• Manage workload and on-the-job training of Apprentices.
• Obtain equipment, tools, and materials for projects.
• Repair and maintain electrical systems and identify issues.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Explain preventative maintenance to clients and other electricians.
• Respond promptly during emergencies.
• Build relationships with clients and other electricians.
• Adhere to safety protocols and electrical standards.
