Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to perform installation, repair, and inspection of heavy industrial equipment across facilities. Duties include troubleshooting, conduit installation, and control terminations, while following strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Candidates should have 4+ years in heavy industry, familiarity with the National Electrical Code, and ability to pass required drug testing.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in the heavy industrial industry.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and basic safety practices.
• Ability to pass a drug test per Saulsbury Industries and DOT program.
• Must attend Saulsbury Industries safety training education.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights above 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Determine methods and materials to accomplish maintenance, repair or construction.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain equipment; perform emergency electrical repairs.
• Install conduit and terminate controls; replace operating equipment.
• Work from electrical schematics/plans; follow safety policies; document activities.
