Job summary

Harcros Chemicals is seeking an Electronics Technician to install, maintain, and repair electronic systems at our Kansas City operations. You will work with engineers and other technicians, using hand tools and test equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires reading schematics and blueprints, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with colleagues. Safety and adherence to ESOP-driven culture are emphasized throughout the environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Electronics tech degree preferred.
• Industrial electronics experience considered equivalent to degree.
• Strong understanding of electronic theory, components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Install new electronic equipment and systems and assemble components using hand tools.
• Diagnose and repair electronic systems and equipment.
• Replace parts and align components as needed.
• Troubleshoot complex issues by analyzing symptoms and identifying problems.
• Test equipment and calibrate sensors to meet quality standards.
• Read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain logs of equipment performance and generate reports.
