Job summary

Dow in Seadrift, TX seeks a Senior EH&S Delivery Specialist for Industrial Hygiene to lead site IH compliance and implement safety management systems. You will maintain licenses, coordinate monitoring, and drive improvement across programs, while mentoring IH staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years of relevant work, and a TWIC card or eligibility. Relocation not offered. Dow offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S programs and IH compliance at the site.
• Implement and improve global EH&S management systems for IH.
• Coordinate IH monitoring and field assessments across site.
• Maintain Radiation Safety Officer responsibilities as needed.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coach EH&S technicians and develop training.
• Manage permits for IH-related equipment and changes.
• Document IH data using Cority software.
