Qualifications

• EPA Certificate - Universal Technician.
• Must work safely in a team and adhere to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Install equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions to restore operation.
• Follow established safety standards and complete work orders on time.
• Utilize hand and power tools and document discrepancies reported in service delivery.
• Work from ladders or elevated platforms with fall protection as required.
