Hodge Industrial Technologies is seeking a skilled field service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial compressed air systems at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, work independently, and fix equipment right the first time.

Core duties include diagnosing and repairing 240V/480V three‑phase electrical systems, servicing motors, controls, VFDs and PLCs, performing preventive maintenance, reading wiring diagrams, and delivering clear

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance or field service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial compressed air equipment.
• Troubleshoot 240V/480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Repair motors, controls, VFDs, PLCs, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Communicate findings with customers and complete service reports.
