Reliant Mechanical is seeking a Commercial / Industrial Service Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and facility infrastructure in commercial and industrial environments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical HVAC/mechanical training preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, fans, and facility mechanical systems.
• Inspect and maintain air handlers, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, exhaust systems, and control components.
• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on equipment identified during inspections or service calls.
• Maintain and update service logs, maintenance records, and digital work orders accurately.
• Support asset management by documenting system performance, failures, and replacements.
• Collaborate with building engineers, vendors, and other technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor building systems including plumbing, basic electrical, and general facility support as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime in production or tenant spaces.
• Ensure all work complies with codes and environmental regulations.
• Participate in after-hours emergency maintenance rotation.
