Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services, a Quantum Industrial company, seeks skilled HVAC/R Install Service Technicians to deliver top-tier service, installations, and maintenance for HVAC systems across sites. You will diagnose and repair equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include installation, routine maintenance, and maintaining accurate service records while managing tools and inventory.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, refrigerant handling, diagnostics, and airflow dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls; diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Install HVAC systems per manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide system guidance.
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Maintain service records, diagnostics, repairs and parts usage.
• Track tools, equipment and spare parts inventory.
• Stay current with industry advancements and certifications.
