Job summary

hth companies is seeking a General Laborer to work mostly outdoors on industrial construction sites across the Midwest. You will operate a skid steer and forklift, assist in industrial cleaning, and help with site preparation, loading, and equipment upkeep. A safety-first mindset is essential.

Candidates should be able to work in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow directions from the site supervisor. On-the-job training and OSHA 10 will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must provide OSHA 10 certification within 60 days of starting.
• Experience with high-pressure hydro blasting (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer and forklift on an industrial site.
• Assist in industrial cleaning and site cleanup/preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, and assist with site tasks.
• Operate a vac-truck and hydro blasting.
• Assist in organizing inventory and equipment.
• Promote safe workplace by following PPE and safety training.
