Ancon Services in Magna, UT is seeking General Laborers for hands-on, heavy industrial work at our plant. You will perform general labor, assist with equipment operations, and help with site cleanup while adhering to safety protocols.

This on-site role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends; prior industrial experience is preferred and respiratory fit testing is required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Magna, UT.
• Prior industrial or construction experience preferred.
• Comfortable with heights, outdoors, and heavy physical work.
• Must pass respirator fit test and pre-employment screenings.
• Able to work evenings or weekends and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• General labor, heavy lifting, and material handling in a busy industrial plant.
• Clear conveyor lines with firehoses and hydroblasting equipment.
• Assist with equipment operation, maintenance, and site cleanup.
• Follow all company and site safety protocols.
