Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation is seeking a General Laborer in Daingerfield, TX to support production, shipping, and facility maintenance. The job requires following safety rules, PPE use, and reading a tape measure. Candidates must read, write and speak English, and be able to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to pass forklift operator test and safely operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant and safety rules including PPE requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping in the facility.
• Perform cleaning duties inside and outside the facility.
• Assist with production and shipping department duties as required.
• Operate forklift as required to perform assigned duties.
• General painting throughout facility.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.
• Notify Supervisor regarding supplies needed to complete duties.
• Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by supervision.
