Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Technical School or related industrial experience is required/expected.
• 1-3 years preferred experience with compressors, pumps, valves and expanders; instrument & electrical testing equipment.
• On-call for plant needs; strong safety practices essential.

Responsibilities

• Manipulates air separation controls to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Adjust plant control variables; monitor and manage process equipment parameters to meet production goals.
• Maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification; read/interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Troubleshoot process upsets; interpret Process & Instrument Drawings and update start-up procedures.
• Prepare QA documents and data transfers from process databases for reports.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/ISO quality systems and internal requirements.
