Responsibilities

• Secure freight to flat racks and open top containers.
• Operate 35k industrial forklifts as required.
• Clean out and maintain containers and work areas.
• Follow directions, work independently or in a team.
• Handle customer freight carefully.

Requirements

• Experience moving heavy objects.
• Work outside in a warehouse yard, securing freight to ocean export containers (open top / flat rack).
• Unload import freight from ocean containers.
• Use chains/binders, strapping, tape measures, and power tools (nail guns/saws).
• Pay attention to detail and handle freight carefully.
• Be able to withstand outdoor conditions during all seasons.
