An Industrial Forklift Operatoroperates a forklift to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse or industrial setting.They are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, as well as ensuring the proper handling and storage of goods.They also play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting any safety hazards.Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Forklifts:Safely operate forklifts to move materials, including pallets, boxes, and other items, around the facility.
• Loading and Unloading:Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using forklifts.
• Material Handling:Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from various platforms and devices.
• Inventory Management:Assist with inventory control, including picking orders, stocking shelves, and tracking inventory levels.
• Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and refueling forklifts.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including those related to forklift operation and material handling.
• Communication:Communicate with team members and management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Documentation:Complete necessary paperwork and reports, such as load sheets and inventory records.
