Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain and restore floors across assigned locations in Texas, including Burleson. The role involves operating industrial floor care equipment, performing stripping, refinishing, buffing, carpet care, and waste handling in compliance with safety standards.

You will support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by delivering consistent floor maintenance, following procedures, and wearing PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate proper communication and perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Uses proper procedures on hard floor care (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and according to schedule for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Follows Aramark safety standards, sanitation, and infection control procedures and PPE usage.
