Job summary

C&K Industrial Services is hiring hands-on Industrial Field Technicians to support field work on assigned job sites within a safety-driven, union environment. A valid non-CDL driver’s license is required and starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

This role emphasizes teamwork, physical labor, and reliability, with travel to sites and occasional evenings or overnights. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) with company match, PTO after 90 days, safety boot reimbursement, and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor outdoors in hot and cold environments.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain and maintain.
• Experience with field equipment or construction/labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from the Working Lead or Project Manager to complete daily job tasks.
• Support field operations including setup, operation, and cleanup of equipment and job sites.
• Perform manual labor such as lifting, shoveling, jackhammering, and other physically demanding tasks.
• Travel to assigned job sites; may involve evenings, weekends, or overnight work.
• Maintain professional communication with crew members, supervisors, and customers.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
