11th Hour Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable Field Technicians to perform industrial cleaning and maintenance at customer facilities near Huber Heights, OH.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving heavy equipment, high-pressure water blasting, vacuum trucks, hoses, pumps, and related equipment. Candidates should be reliable, able to work in tight spaces and outdoors in all weather, with a willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or heavy labor preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and any site testing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dusty, dirty environments.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning and maintenance at plants and sites.
• Operate high-pressure water blasting and vacuum equipment.
• Remove debris from equipment, tanks, pits, and drains.
• Work in confined spaces and outdoors in all weather.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in safety briefings.
• Travel to job sites and support extended shifts or after-hours work.
