Job summary

Action Environmental is seeking a Field Technician in Hanceville, AL to provide essential industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites. You will work with vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems while following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

You’ll be part of a team tackling varied projects across industries, with opportunities to grow your responsibilities and advance within the Direct Labor department.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding work with lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT medical and pulmonary tests.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
• Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
• Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role
