Job summary

Greenleaf Therapeutics is hiring a maintenance technician to keep facilities running smoothly across the production floor. You will perform repairs, install and maintain equipment, and support sanitation and safety programs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and a track record of responsibility, with 1+ year of industrial mechanic experience preferred. Expect teamwork with managers and external contractors and a schedule that includes some overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated history of taking on added responsibility is required.
• Industrial Mechanic experience, 1+ year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on buildings and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate major repairs under a manager's guidance and with external contractors.
• Safely operate vehicles, tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Install and maintain new equipment such as racks and dehumidifiers.
• Meet preventive maintenance deadlines and keep logs up to date.
• Support daily sanitation routines and restock PPE, trash, and restrooms.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly facility checklists and assist with secondary tasks.
• Follow safety and biosafety programs on the production floor.

What you’ll tackle

• Minor repairs on buildings and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Major repairs under manager guidance; coordinate external contractors or licensed trades.
• Safe operation of vehicles, tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Install and maintain new equipment (racks, dehumidifiers, and more).
• Hit preventive maintenance deadlines and keep accurate service/calibration logs.
• Support daily sanitation routines; restock PPE, trash, and restroom supplies with Sanitation.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly facility checklists; assist with secondary tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and biosafety programs; maintain a clean, compliant production floor.

How you’ll succeed

• Prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced, sometimes high-
  pressure environment.
• Stay organized, detail-focused, and aligned to SOPs.
• Interpret detailed written, verbal, and technical instructions.
• Learn complex technical procedures quickly.

Minimum profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Demonstrated history of taking on added responsibility (required).
• Industrial Mechanic experience, 1+ year (preferred).

Skills & tools

• Basic math for counts, measures, and projections.
• Background in building maintenance/construction.
• Mechanical aptitude; strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfort with inventory systems and office equipment.
• Experience with plant tracking software (PATC-approved/state-mandated) preferred.

Other requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in packaging or a related field preferred.
• Operate independently and within a team to complete assignments per provided routines.

Schedule

Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with flexibility for mandatory overtime and a rotating on-call schedule.
