Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial fabrication projects from award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA, delivery, and closeout.

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, shop personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in fabrication, manufacturing, industrial construction, or related industries.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and customer relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and fabrication tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans, work breakdown structures, fabrication schedules, and reporting metrics.
• Coordinate project handoff from estimating and sales through fabrication and delivery.
• Lead kickoff meetings and establish communication plans with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage change orders, budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Serve as primary customer contact and provide regular status updates.
