PPC Partners is seeking an Industrial Athletic Trainer to support workplace health, safety, and injury prevention across sites in Wisconsin. You will educate employees on ergonomics, assist with safety program implementation, and help manage incidents and workers' compensation processes.

You will work with project teams and leadership to reduce risks, promote wellness, and ensure OSHA compliance while fostering a strong safety culture across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-, wellness-, or exercise-related field preferred.
• Certification/licensure as athletic trainer, kinesiologist, exercise physiologist, or related licensure.
• Prior experience in safety preferred.
• Prior experience in electrical or construction field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate employees on proper body mechanics, ergonomics, and safe work practices.
• Implement strategies to address ergonomic risks and interventions to reduce injury risk.
• Promote wellness initiatives, educational campaigns, and wellness events.
• Provide resources and guidance to encourage safe, healthy, productive work habits.
• Assist with safety policy development and pre-construction safety plans aligned with OSHA.
