Step Into a Day on Our Maintenance Team
You clock in at 7:00am, greet operators on the filling lines, and scan the production schedule for upcoming changeovers. Before the first bottle runs, you complete checks on conveyor systems, confirm dilution system specs for the next product, and verify guards and LOTO points. Mid-morning, a palletizer fault triggers—your troubleshooting spans mechanical, electrical (120/208/240/480V), and a VFD parameter tweak. By early afternoon, you swap a worn bearing, re-seat a pressure regulator on a pneumatic circuit, and document preventive maintenance tasks. At 3:00pm, you hand off clear notes so the next workday starts strong. It’s hands-on, varied, and vital to keeping trusted home and pool-care brands on shelves.
As a Maintenance Mechanic I on our 1st shift team, you’ll own routine preventive maintenance, rapid response troubleshooting, and precision repairs across a range of production assets—from conveyors and wrapping machines to hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility systems.
