WM (Waste Management) in Fort Worth, TX is hiring for a material handling position. You will operate balers, forklifts, and related equipment to move and bale paper and other materials, while keeping careful inventory and quality checks.

The role requires 6 months of experience and forklift certification; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday 1:30PM–10PM shift with on‑site work and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 6 months of prior work experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of prior work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates equipment (baler, front-end loader, bobcat or forklift) to transport or bind materials.
• Sorts, weighs, and records materials; ensures proper labeling and inventory.
• Monitors material flow, maintains safety and cleanliness, and performs routine maintenance.
• Loads/unloads materials, coordinates with supervisor for baling and shipping.
