Job summary

Thermon is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Houston to oversee all engineering and construction project management activities for the region. You will define goals, lead the PM team, and drive project success within contract and safety requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial product manufacturing, EPC/EPCM project experience, and ability to travel domestically up to 30%. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and customers to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations of industrial products or capital goods.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary industrial construction projects or engineer-to-order operations.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Review construction estimates and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with project contracts and scope of work.
• Develop schedules for progress billings and timely payments.
• Lead the project management team to meet objectives and budgets.
• Monitor costs, prepare monthly budget reports, and control expenditures.
• Oversee subcontractors and site safety across trades.
• Act as main customer contact and ensure overall project success.
