Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–5 years of experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical teams.

• Lead Industrial Engineers and IE Technicians to support manufacturing operations.
• Develop labor standards, time studies, staffing models, and workforce plans.
• Perform capacity analysis, resource planning, line balancing, and process flow optimization.
• Support NPI, production readiness, capacity planning, and manufacturing launches.
• Develop layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Use FlexSim or similar simulation tools for manufacturing analysis.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
• Support ergonomic assessments, CapEx justification, labor savings, cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities.

• Perform capacity analysis, resource planning, line balancing, and process flow optimization.
• Support NPI, production readiness, capacity planning, and manufacturing launches.
• Develop manufacturing and facility layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Utilize FlexSim or similar simulation tools for manufacturing analysis.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
• Support ergonomic assessments, CapEx justification, labor savings, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with workforce planning, capacity analysis, staffing models, and line balancing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience with FlexSim or similar manufacturing simulation software.
• Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing launches.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Raptor, STATIS, ARCH, or similar labor management systems is highly preferred.
