Job summary

Brose Group is seeking a student intern for hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering. You will rotate through production units to observe processes and layouts, supporting time studies, line balancing, and process documentation.

This role provides exposure to PPAP/ISIR, safety analytics, and cross-functional team meetings. Ideal candidates are freshmen or sophomores pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with strong analytical skills and willingness to

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn engineering/business systems such as AutoCAD, SAP, and MFG/PRO.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production units to observe manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Assist IE with time studies, cycle times, and line balancing.
• Help develop and maintain process flow diagrams, P-FMEA, and layouts.
