Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering Intern to join our Aerospace, Defense & Marine Business Unit in Katy, TX. You will help design and refine manufacturing processes, develop production dashboards in Power BI, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will learn Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while collaborating with global teams, with an emphasis on data quality, compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing a BA/BS in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior internship experience preferred.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain production Power BI dashboards and reports.
Support compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
Identify and eliminate waste using Lean principles.
