Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-starter with a passion for manufacturing and process optimization.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
Responsibilities
Assist in time studies, work measurement, and line balancing to improve productivity.
Support layout planning and workstation design for better ergonomics.
