Job summary

UPS is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern to work on targeted projects, individually or in small teams. You will perform operational observations, collect data, communicate across functions, and present results to the Industrial Engineering staff.

Responsibilities include work measurement, cost‑benefit analyses, process improvements, and exploring AI and data analytics tools to boost efficiency and support engineering initiatives. Deadline to apply: 2027-04-01.

• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.
