Job summary

UPS is seeking a Spring 2027 Co-Op in Louisville, KY. This in-person internship supports Industrial Engineering projects across Aircraft Maintenance IE, Air Region IE, Flight Operations IE, Gateway IE, or Fuel Analytics and Sustainability.

You will collaborate with analysts and sponsors to drive data-driven improvements and learn across multiple IE disciplines. Ideal candidates are enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate Industrial Engineering program, proficient with Word,

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate Industrial Engineering or related program.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work full time and in-person (40 hours/week) from our Louisville, KY site.

Responsibilities

Identifies the impact of a problem on multiple areas of the business; recommends improvements to existing processes or programs.
Identifies and implements process improvements collaborating with analysts, users, and project sponsors.
Utilize work measurement, design data development, statistical analysis, and discussion with management and/or operations to identify issues and solutions that impact both short-term and long-term strategies.
