Job summary

ASML US, based in Wilton, CT, is seeking a Business Partner for the Optical Fab to drive data-driven decisions, build dashboards, and lead continuous improvement in manufacturing. The role focuses on unlocking data, reporting, and guiding operations with rigorous analytics.

You will model capacity, develop KPIs, present findings, and mentor teammates while influencing decisions across the organization. On-site work at Wilton, CT is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in analytics or Master’s with related experience
  • Manufacturing, production or semi-conductor exposure is a plus
  • Experience with production-control IT systems and dashboards desired
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact

Then you are the candidate we are looking for to join the Business Engineering team as Business Partner for the Optical Fab!

This is not a remote position and will require to be onsite at Wilton, CT

Role and responsibilities

You act as the right hand of the director to help unlock critical data and information, drive analyses and insights, set up reporting and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement. Typical areas for investigation are:

  • Capacity modeling: you build models and analyze scenarios to determine resource bottlenecks in the factory (people, tooling, floorspace, supply).
  • Performance Management & KPI’s: you drive continuous improvement efforts that enable management to secure targets related to yield, cycle time, and labor hours while influencing behaviors/decisions at several levels of the organization.
  • Data analytics: you build reports & data visualizations to make the performance of factory processes transparent, translating data into information.
  • In this position you will be able to further develop your analytical skills, business perspective, influencing skills, presenting techniques and project management capabilities.
  • You serve as a mentor to less experienced team members.
  • There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You will have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience with strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation responsibilities, or a Master’s degree and a minimum of (0) years of experience required.
  • Current or previous experience in a manufacturing, production or semi-conductor industry is a plus.
  • Experienced with IT-systems in the area of production-control: Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI preferred - (Excel, SAP, SAP ME/ BO, SAP HANA).

Responsibilities:

  • May require travel dependent on business needs.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

  • Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan.
  • Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
