Mars Snacking’s Accelerators team is seeking an Associate Process Engineer at the Jackson, TN plant to drive transformative initiatives that optimize processes, reduce waste, and elevate productivity in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will rotate shifts for the first six months to learn equipment and collaborate with maintenance, technicians, and cross-functional teams to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma/GED with related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing people.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.

The hours for this role are typically 7am – 4pm however will rotate shifts for the first 6 months to learn the equipment.

We’re Looking for Someone With

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 86,720.00 - USD 119,240.00
