Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and optimizing plant layouts to improve productivity and space utilization.
• Conduct time studies and labor analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency.
• Support manufacturing line balancing initiatives to maximize throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
• Assist with workstation design and ergonomic improvements for assembly operations.
• Develop and maintain facility layouts, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement manufacturing improvements.
