Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks an Industrial Engineer to join a growing manufacturer in the Polaris/Worthington area of Columbus, OH. The role collaborates with design and manufacturing engineers to optimize workflows, quality and compliance, addressing broad systems and specific equipment.

You will partner with suppliers, quality, sales, purchasing and production to exceed client expectations and drive efficiency and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering (any discipline).
2+ yrs experience in manufacturing engineering or similar industrial environment.
Some 2D/3D CAD experience (CATIA or SolidWorks).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
R&D experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to optimize technical workflows, quality and compliance.
Focus on broad systems (people, equipment, supply chain) and specific equipment/products/flows.
Partner with suppliers, clients, quality, sales, purchasing and production to exceed client expectations and improve efficiencies.
Identify and solve complex engineering and production problems.
