Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical manufacturing and BOM.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives to reduce waste and cycle time.
• Analyze production metrics and value‑stream data to drive projects.
• Conduct Gemba studies and gather data on improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to implement improvements.
• Perform ROI analyses for capital projects and sustain improvements.
