Job summary

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC seeks an Industrial Engineer, Facilities and Infrastructure to support Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on workforce efficiency, maintenance optimization, and life cycle considerations for CE services.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering with 10+ years’ experience including assessments, and demonstrate strong communication, planning, and data analytics skills in a government-contract environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering with 5 years’ experience supporting designing, analyzing, and optimizing facility and infrastructure equipment operations.
• Total of 10+ years’ experience in the field, with at least 2 years in facility and equipment condition assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across a diverse organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for workforce efficiency and maintenance optimization for CE services at Tinker AFB.
• Lead data analytics and inventories for facility and infrastructure.
• Develop sustainment plans and life cycle costing data.
• Support planning and design of projects impacting existing facilities and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulatory requirements.
