Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in RF scanning and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Experience in semi and fully automated material handling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain time-studied standards for each function.
• Create a culture of performance management through productivity meetings.
• Provide training on labor management to operations teams.
• Evaluate and recommend on layouts and equipment for productivity optimization.
• Write SOPs for operations and ensure employee training.
