RESRG Automotive is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, improve, and sustain efficient production systems in Covington, GA. The role blends engineering, operations, quality, and data analysis to deliver high-quality vehicle components at the lowest total cost.

You will design processes, analyze labor, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing teams to meet demand while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Production Process Design & Optimization: Maximize throughput and efficiency without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Capacity Planning & Line Rate Management: Ensure the plant can meet demand reliably and cost-effectively.
• Work Measurement & Labor Optimization: Right-size labor and maintain fair, repeatable work standards.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive measurable, ongoing performance improvement.
• Cost Reduction & Industrial Efficiency: Improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Launch & Change Management: Enable smooth, low-risk production transitions.
• Quality & Defect Prevention Support: Build quality into the process, not inspect it in.
